I created my practice to offer a calm, supportive space for people navigating life’s challenges. I work primarily with tweens, adolescents and adults who are seeking meaningful change, greater self-understanding, and a way forward that feels authentic to them.
I bring over a decade of experience as a psychologist across a range of settings, including private practice and multidisciplinary environments. Throughout my career, I have supported clients with anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, adjustment difficulties, burnout, and concerns related to self-esteem, relationships, and emotional regulation. I am also passionate about providing affirming, inclusive care and enjoy working with neurodivergent individuals and members of the LGBTQI+ community.
My therapeutic style is warm, collaborative, and non-judgmental. I place strong value on the therapeutic relationship and strive to create a space where clients feel safe, understood, and genuinely supported, not rushed or “fixed.” I believe therapy works best when it is tailored, relational, and grounded in curiosity and compassion. Together, we take the time to make sense of experiences, identify patterns, and build practical skills that support long-term growth and resilience.
I draw on a range of evidence-based approaches, including Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). I also work from a trauma-informed framework.
I particularly enjoy working with clients who are reflective, thoughtful, and open to exploring the deeper “why” behind their thoughts, emotions, and behaviour, as well as those who may feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure where to begin. Many of the people I work with are high-functioning on the outside while feeling exhausted, disconnected, or self-critical internally, and I aim to help them build emotional clarity, self-trust, and a stronger internal sense of authority.
At the heart of my work is a belief that change happens through safety, connection, and understanding. My role is to walk alongside clients as they reconnect with themselves, develop insight and confidence, and move toward a life that feels more aligned, grounded, and fulfilling.

Meet Kylo
Kylo is a gentle, affectionate, and people-loving 5-year-old hypoallergenic Schmoodle with the most beautiful temperament. He has a natural way of making people feel at ease, offering calm companionship, warmth, and quiet comfort simply by being himself.
Because of Kylo’s exceptional temperament and love for human connection, we made the decision to complete formal training and assessment through Therapy Dogs Australia, where he met the high standards required to work safely and ethically in therapeutic settings.
Kylo brings a steady, grounding presence into the space and is often a source of reassurance, emotional regulation, and gentle connection, especially during moments that feel difficult or overwhelming.
