Services
Individual Therapy
Individual therapy offers a dedicated space to slow down, reflect, and work through challenges in a way that feels personal and supportive. Sessions are tailored to your unique needs, experiences, and goals, recognising that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy.
I work with tweens, adolescents, and adults (aged 10 and above), adapting my approach to suit each person’s developmental stage, needs, and goals.
Telehealth
Telehealth sessions offer the same personalised, evidence-based therapy as in-person appointments, with the added flexibility of attending from a space that feels comfortable and familiar to you. Sessions are conducted securely via video and are tailored to your individual needs, goals, and circumstances.
Telehealth can be a supportive option if you prefer to access therapy from home, have a busy schedule, or are located outside the local area. Sessions remain collaborative, confidential, and focused on creating meaningful change, wherever you’re joining from.
Animal Assisted Therapy
Animal-Assisted Therapy incorporates the presence of a trained therapy dog into sessions to support emotional regulation, connection, and a sense of safety. For some clients, working alongside an animal can help reduce anxiety, increase comfort, and make the therapeutic process feel more approachable.
Kylo is a calm, friendly, and fully certified therapy dog who attends morning sessions at our Upper Coomera location. His involvement is always optional and guided by your preferences and therapeutic goals. Some clients find comfort in Kylo’s quiet presence, while others may choose more active interaction, such as gentle patting or grounding exercises.
Please be aware that Kylo currently has limited availability while the practice is in its infancy.
Walk and Talk Therapy
Walk-and-talk therapy offers an alternative to traditional in-room sessions by combining therapeutic conversation with gentle movement outdoors. Sessions take place around the tranquil lake located at the office, providing a calm, natural environment, and are paced to suit your comfort, needs, and physical ability.
Many people find that walking side-by-side can feel less intense and more grounding, making it easier to reflect, regulate emotions, and speak openly. Walk-and-talk sessions are collaborative, flexible, and tailored to your goals, while maintaining the same professional and therapeutic focus as in-room therapy. Where appropriate, Kylo, our certified therapy dog, may also be incorporated into sessions to further support comfort and emotional regulation.
Please be aware, suitability will be determined prior to an initial session.
Supervision
I offer clinical supervision for provisional and registered psychologists and am an AHPRA Board-Approved Supervisor. Supervision is tailored to your developmental stage, professional goals, and areas of practice, and is grounded in a supportive, reflective, and collaborative approach.
My supervision style balances clinical guidance, skill development, and ethical reflection, while also providing a space to think critically about your work and professional identity. Supervision sessions can be structured or flexible, depending on your needs and training requirements.
If you would like to enquire about supervision availability or suitability, please email me to discuss further.
